Complete School Playground Development

Discovery's playground service can turn a plain, unused area, into an area full of colour and activity. We perform an in depth site survey where we take photos, measurements and requirements from our clients. Then we leave it the hands of one of designers who take this information and let their imagination run wild. Discovery pride themselves on the fact no 2 play areas are the same, each design is special and unique to the client. We've experienced first hand, numerous schools use 2/3 companies to get their project over the line. Here at Discovery, we can source everything you need from the play equipment, to the perimeter fence and safety surfacing. There really is no need to look any further. Once drawn up, we present our quotation package with all the details you need to make a decision. Just sit back and let us do our thing! Get in touch with us today and take advantage of this playground service for your free, no obligation, survey and quotation.

Playground Development examples...

Uplands Manor Primary School, Birmingham

Uplands Manor Primary School had a car park behind the school that was barely used.  We were asked to come up with a brand new adventure area for the Year 1 children who’s classroom looked out onto the area.  We laid different types of safety surfacing, an outdoor learning shelter, story tellers area, mushroom seats, Crawl Tunnel, Trim Trail, Timber Bridge, Reading Hut and a long Traverse Wall

St Dominic's Primary School, Gloucestershire

The school had a large tarmac area situated just off the main playground.  They asked to design them an area for the reception children.  It had to bright and colourful with lots of textures and sensory items.  We laid a mixture of artificial grass and wet-pour.  Items included were; Sandpit, Chalkboard, Story Tellers Area and Bark Pit.

Beis Yaakov Primary School, London

This Primary School in North London had a large wet-pour area filled with old, rotten trim trail items that were not age appropriate for the nursery children.  We removed all the old equipment, laid a plush artificial grass and shiny new wet-pour road way for the kids to use their bikes on.  We added our Discovery Play Towers, Traverse Wall, Musical Panels, Mushroom Seats and a new Story Tellers Chair.
